HMD has extended its partnership with Pixelworks - the company behind the Nokia 7.1's HDR-enabled PureDisplay - to bring its visual processing solutions to future Nokia smartphones. Pixelworks makes HDR tone mapping, support for HDR 10 content and real-time SDR to HDR converting possible. We were impressed with the Nokia 7.1 screen in our review so that's great news.
