GSMArena.com - Latest articlesGoogle Adds 6 New Games to Stadia Pro for October | MakeUseOf
If you're a Stadia user, Google has some good news for you. The company revealed the new batch of games coming to Stadia Pro, and there's a really solid mix of larger AAA games and smaller indie experiences.
No matter what kind of game you're looking for, there's something available as part of Stadia Pro for you.
October's Stadia Pro Games
In total, Google is adding six new games to Stadia Pro for October. The month's games are Dead by Daylight, Human: Fall Flat, SUPERHOT: MIND CONTROL DELETE, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, Celeste, and Jotun.
Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer horror game with an asymmetrical design. That means both teams don't have the same amount of players. The imbalance creates some really fun experiences that make it worth playing.
Human: Fall Flat is a goofy and light-hearted platformer. It's playable solo or with up to eight players, making it a perfect game for those times when you don't want to play something too intense.
SUPERHOT: MIND CONTROL DELETE is the third game in the beloved SUPERHOT franchise. The shooter sees you manipulating time in a game with an ultra-stylish art style. It expands on the gameplay mechanics of the previous games while adding more story elements.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is a spinoff of the Tomb Raider games. It features a very different look and feel from the main games, but it's still a ton of fun and packed with adventure.
Celeste is one of the most beloved games from the last couple of years. It's a platforming game, but it goes much deeper than just the fun jumping mechanics. There's a lot of emotion going on under-the-hood.
Finally, Google is adding Jotun to Stadia Pro. It's an action-adventure game that was first released in 2015. While not a new game, it's definitely still worth a playthrough if you haven't tried it yet.
Games Leaving Stadia Pro
Unfortunately, with these six new games' arrival, Google is also rotating a few games out. Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, The Turing Test, and Metro 2033 Redux will no longer be available, so if you're interested in playing any of those, make sure to download them before the end of the month.

GSMArena.com - Latest articlesLG Wing Receives Launch Date and Price With Verizon | MakeUseOf
Say what you will about the LG Wing, but it sure is an innovative smartphone. Rather than sticking with the same design we see over and over, LG chose to throw convention out the window and release a smartphone with a pivoting screen.
Verizon has announced on Verizon.com that it will start selling the phone soon, so you won't have to wait too long to try out the exciting phone.
LG Wing Availability
Verizon will start taking preorders on the LG Wing in the US on October 1. From there, it'll ship on October 15, so anyone who jumps in and preorders the phone won't have to wait too long.
Outside of the release date, the price is probably the second most important piece of information. The phone will sell for $1,000 if purchased in one lump sum, or $41.66 per month for 24 months.
As is usually the case with new phones, Verizon is offering some special deals to incentivize buying the Wing on its network. If you switch to the carrier and purchase the phone, Verizon will throw you a $250 virtual gift card. Verizon is also offering trade-in incentives if you have an existing phone to get rid of.
As the phone is being sold through Verizon, you'll get access to the carrier's 5G Ultra Wideband network. You'll also get the lower-frequency standard 5G when it rolls out later in 2020.
LG Wing Specs
The LG Wing is definitely relying on the interesting design of the phone as its main selling point, as the specs are fairly modest. It comes with a Snapdragon 765G processor and 8GB of RAM. It's not terrible in terms of power, but the specs won't blow you away when compared to some other flagship devices.
The phone comes with 128GB of internal storage that is expandable if you need to add more later.
Again, the screens are the exciting part. There's a 6.8-inch OLED main display that rotates to show off a 3.9-inch secondary OLED screen.
The 12MP ultra-wide gimbal camera on the back of the phone is another intriguing and exciting part of the LG Wing. It's designed to make recording action shots smoother. There's also a 64MP main camera and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, there's a 32MP selfie camera.

GSMArena.com - Latest articlesGboard for Android TV gets a redesign
Google is rolling out an updated version of Gboard for Android TV. The update seems to be rolling out server-side, so installing the latest version of the app doesn't seem to help at the moment. The main change in this update is a complete redesign of the keyboard. Previously, Gboard would span the entire width of the display when it popped up on the bottom. The new design looks much like what it does on phones, with a narrower design that doesn't take up as much space. Oddly enough, some apps will still stretch the keyboard background across the width of the screen, even...

GSMArena.com - Latest articlesYou Can Already Buy Google's Announced Chromecast at Some Stores
Easily one of the worst kept secrets from Google's upcoming event is the new Android TV-powered (Google TV, as it's called now) Chromecast. First, a Reddit user managed to get their hands on one early, and they detailed every aspect of the device.
Other people, including writers from The Verge, have managed to hit major retailers like Home Depot and Walmart to purchase the device successfully.
Sure, Google hasn't actually announced it yet, but that doesn't mean you can't run out and buy one right now.
Purchasing a New Chromecast Early
When it comes to stores breaking street dates like this, your mileage may vary as not all stores have them. For example, The Verge reported going to two different Home Depot locations and only finding the device on sale at one of them.
Interestingly, because the device hasn't been officially announced, it showed up on a Home Depot receipt as "SABRINA-ABBEY ROCK CANDY," which confirms the Sabrina codename that has been circulating for some time.
Is there anything we don't know or haven't seen at this point? Dude picked it up at Home Depot for $50. https://t.co/YiPh6RL42d pic.twitter.com/t2mr4o15iF

As for the price, the new Google TV-powered Chromecast is selling for $50 at the retailers who are stocking them early. That lines up with the price reported on Reddit a few days ago, so we'd expect that to be the final cost when Google announces the Chromecast on September 30.
If you're interested in trying to get a Chromecast for yourself, check with your local Home Depot and Walmart, as you might just lucky. You will have to go to the store, though, as we haven't seen anyone finding success snagging one online.
Everything We Know About the New Chromecast
At this point, there isn't much left for Google to announce at its big event on September 30 in regards to the Chromecast. All of the details have leaked, including support for 4K, HDR, an actual interface, and just about everything else. All signs point to this being a really fantastic device for media streaming.
The Chromecast is coming (or already here, if you're lucky), and we can't wait to snag one.

GSMArena.com - Latest articlesOppo Reno4 Z 5G goes official as rebranded A92s
Today in Taiwan, Oppo made the newest member of the growing Reno4 family official. We're talking about the Reno4 Z 5G, which, just as we thought last month when it got certified, is nothing but a rebranded Oppo A92s. Seriously, the two phones are completely identical, save for the name and the fact that the Reno4 Z has just one RAM/storage version (8GB/128GB) and it's missing the pink color option. Like the A92s, which was released back in April, the Reno4 Z is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 800 chipset. The phone has a 6.57-inch 1080x2400 20:9 LCD touchscreen with 120 Hz refresh...
